Anyone inquiring about a specific visa case should review the Questions (FAQ) section of this website before sending an inquiry to the Consular Section. Please keep in mind that under the provisions of Section 222(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, all visa applications are confidential. The Consular Section may not discuss specific information concerning an applicant's file. The only response the Consular Section may provide in response to an inquiry about a specific visa case is an explanation of sections of U.S. law or Kyiv's post-specific procedures that are pertinent to the applicant's case.
