Change in ACS Notarial Hours

Dear Friends and Wardens,

To better serve the public, effective October 7, 2008, the American Citizens Services (ACS) Unit of the Consular Section will start providing notary services every day, Monday through Friday, within regular ACS public hours. The ACS Unit is open between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon Monday-Friday, except for American and Ukrainian holidays.
